Eilean Donan Castle

Friday was one of those days when all our live fresh langoustine had been safely stored in our tanks for despatch to our customers in the UK and Europe and during our collection of the langoustine from our creel fishing boats we looked across at Eilean Donan castle and saw this spectacular view of the castle surrounded by a viel of cloud.  A beautiful sunny day with the castle emerging from ‘scotch mist’.  Increditble.
